تشرح هذه الصفحة طريقتين مختلفتين في Noor AI: أن تحذف حسابك بالكامل، أو أن تحذف بيانات بعينها — محادثة أو محاضرة أو ما يتذكّره نور عنك — مع الاحتفاظ بحسابك. كلتاهما متاحة لك مباشرةً من داخل التطبيق، دون مراسلتنا ودون انتظار موافقة.

أيّ القسمين تحتاج؟
  • أريد إغلاق حسابي نهائيًا — القسمان 01 و02.
  • أريد حذف محادثة أو محاضرة أو معلومة، مع بقاء حسابي — القسم 03.
حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه

لا توجد فترة سماح ولا سلة محذوفات. بمجرد تأكيد الحذف تُمحى محادثاتك ومحاضراتك وموادك الدراسية من قاعدة البيانات مباشرة، ولا نملك وسيلة لاستعادتها لك لاحقًا.

01 الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

هذه هي الطريقة الموصى بها، وهي تنفّذ الحذف فورًا دون أي تدخّل منّا:

  1. افتح تطبيق Noor AI وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. اذهب إلى تبويب الحساب (Account).
  3. انزل إلى أسفل الصفحة واضغط «حذف الحساب نهائياً».
  4. اضغط «متابعة الحذف» في رسالة التأكيد.
  5. أدخل كلمة مرور حسابك لتأكيد هويتك، ثم أكِّد.

يتحقّق الخادم من كلمة المرور، ثم يحذف الحساب وبياناته ويُبطل جميع جلسات الدخول، فيخرج التطبيق تلقائيًا. الحذف يتم في الحال، لا خلال 30 يومًا.

لماذا نطلب كلمة المرور؟

لأنها الضمانة الوحيدة بأن صاحب الحساب هو من يطلب الحذف، لا شخص وضع يده على هاتفك للحظات. إن نسيت كلمة المرور فأعِد تعيينها أولًا من شاشة تسجيل الدخول، أو استخدم الطريقة الثانية بالأسفل.

02 الطريقة الثانية: طلب الحذف بالبريد

إن كنت لا تستطيع الوصول إلى التطبيق — حذفته، أو فقدت هاتفك، أو تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول — فأرسل إلينا طلبًا:

03 حذف بيانات بعينها دون حذف حسابك

لست مضطرًا إلى إغلاق حسابك لتتخلّص من بيانات معيّنة. تستطيع حذف أيٍّ ممّا يلي بنفسك، فورًا، ومن داخل التطبيق أو الموقع:

أ. حذف محادثة واحدة

  1. افتح تبويب المحادثات.
  2. اختر «حذف» على المحادثة التي تريدها.
  3. أكِّد في رسالة «حذف المحادثة».

تُحذف المحادثة وكل رسائلها — ما كتبته أنت وما ردّ به نور — من قاعدة البيانات فورًا. يمكنك تصدير المحادثة إلى PDF قبل حذفها إن أردت الاحتفاظ بنسخة. المحادثات متاحة كذلك من الموقع عبر لوحة التحكم.

ب. حذف محاضرة

  1. افتح تبويب المحاضرات.
  2. اختر «حذف» على المحاضرة.
  3. أكِّد في رسالة «حذف المحاضرة».

يُحذف التسجيل الصوتي من التخزين، ومعه أسئلة المحاضرة ومقاطعها وموادها الدراسية المولّدة.

ج. حذف ما يتذكّره نور عنك

من الحساب ← ذاكرة نور في التطبيق، أو من صفحة ذاكرة نور في لوحة التحكم على الموقع:

  • حذف معلومة واحدة — اضغط «حذف» بجانبها.
  • مسح كل شيء — «امسح كل ما يتذكره نور عني»، ويشمل ما استنتجه تلقائيًا.
  • إيقاف الحفظ من الأساس — أوقف «حفظ المعلومات التي أذكرها عن نفسي» و«التخصيص التلقائي من طريقة استخدامي»، فلا تُحفظ معلومات جديدة بعدها.
  • أو اطلبه في المحادثة — اكتب لنور «انسَ اسمي» أو «انسَ كل شيء» وسيُنفَّذ الطلب مباشرة.

الذاكرة مشتركة بين التطبيق والموقع، فحذفها من أحدهما يحذفها من الآخر.

ما الذي يبقى بعد حذف محادثة بعينها

حذف محادثة واحدة يزيلها هي ورسائلها، لكنه لا يمسح كل أثر مشتق منها:

  • الملخّص الداخلي للمحادثة يبقى محفوظًا، ولا يُمحى إلا عند حذف الحساب بالكامل. إن أردت إزالته الآن فاحذف حسابك أو راسل الدعم.
  • سجلّات الاستخدام والفوترة تبقى كما هو موضّح في القسم 05.
  • النسخ الاحتياطية قد تحتفظ بنسخة حتى 90 يومًا.

لحذف كل شيء دفعةً واحدة ودون استثناء، استخدم حذف الحساب في القسم 01.

04 ما الذي يُحذف بالضبط عند حذف الحساب

عند تنفيذ الحذف تُمحى العناصر التالية نهائيًا من أنظمتنا:

  • حساب المستخدم نفسه — الاسم والبريد وكلمة المرور والصلاحيات.
  • كل المحادثات ورسائلها بما فيها ما أرسلته وما ردّت به «نور».
  • المحاضرات وملفاتها الصوتية، وأسئلتها ومقاطعها والمواد المولّدة منها.
  • الصور المولّدة وملفات PDF التي أنشأتها عبر الخدمة.
  • ملخّصات المحادثات وذاكرة نور — أي ما يتذكّره النظام عنك بين المحادثات.
  • سجلّات الاستخدام والحصص المرتبطة بحسابك.
  • صورة الملف الشخصي التي رفعتها من التطبيق.
  • جميع رموز الدخول — تُبطَل كل الجلسات على كل أجهزتك فورًا.
  • بيانات الشراء المرتبطة ببريدك في سجلّات بوابة الدفع لدينا.

05 ما الذي قد يبقى بعد حذف الحساب، ولماذا

نذكر هذا بصراحة بدل إخفائه: لا يختفي كل أثر رقمي في اللحظة نفسها، وبعضه يبقى لأن النظام يلزمنا به.

سجلّات الفوترة والفواتيرتُحفظ بعد حذف الحساب للمدة التي توجبها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية. تبقى كقيود مالية، لا كحساب يمكن الدخول إليه.
الاشتراكيُلغى عند الحذف ولا يُجدَّد، ويبقى سجلّه ضمن السجلّات المالية أعلاه.
النسخ الاحتياطيةقد تبقى نسخة في الأرشيف حتى 90 يومًا قبل أن تُستبدل دوريًا. لا تُستخدم إلا للتعافي من الأعطال.
السجلّات التقنيةعادةً حتى 12 شهرًا لأغراض الأمان وتحليل الأعطال.
بيانات مجهولة الهويةأرقام إجمالية لا ترتبط بك ولا يمكن الرجوع منها إليك.

06 قبل أن تحذف: ألغِ اشتراكك أولًا

حذف الحساب لا يُلغي اشتراكًا مشتراة من متجر التطبيقات

إن كنت مشتركًا عبر Google Play أو App Store، فإن الاشتراك يُدار في المتجر لا لدينا. ألغِ التجديد من إعدادات المتجر قبل حذف حسابك، وإلا فقد يستمر تحصيل الاشتراك رغم زوال الحساب.

كذلك: حذف الحساب ليس طلب استرداد بذاته — راجع سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء. وإن أردت الاحتفاظ بنسخة من محادثاتك فاحفظها قبل الحذف، فلن نستطيع إخراجها بعده.

07 أسئلة متكرّرة

هل أستطيع استرجاع الحساب بعد حذفه؟

لا. الحذف نهائي، وإن عدت إلينا فستنشئ حسابًا جديدًا فارغًا ببريد جديد أو بالبريد نفسه.

هل أستطيع حذف محادثة واحدة فقط بدل الحساب كلّه؟

نعم — راجع القسم 03، ويبقى حسابك وبقية محادثاتك كما هي.

هل أستطيع منع نور من حفظ أي معلومة عني دون حذف حسابي؟

نعم. أوقف خياري الذاكرة من «الحساب ← ذاكرة نور»، وامسح المحفوظ سابقًا بخيار «امسح كل ما يتذكره نور عني». التفاصيل في القسم 03.

ماذا لو نسيت كلمة المرور؟

أعِد تعيينها من شاشة تسجيل الدخول، أو أرسل لنا طلب الحذف بالبريد كما في القسم الثاني.

هل يُحذف حسابي إن حذفت التطبيق فقط؟

لا. إزالة التطبيق من هاتفك لا تمسّ الحساب على الخادم — استخدم إحدى الطريقتين أعلاه.

This page covers two different things in Noor AI: deleting your whole account, and deleting specific data — a conversation, a lecture, or what Noor remembers about you — while keeping your account. Both are available to you directly inside the app, with no email to us and no waiting for approval.

Which section do you need?
  • I want to close my account permanently — sections 01 and 02.
  • I want to delete a conversation, lecture or saved fact, and keep my account — section 03.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

There is no grace period and no trash bin. The moment you confirm, your conversations, lectures and study materials are removed from the database, and we have no way to restore them for you afterwards.

01 Option 1 — inside the app (fastest)

This is the recommended route, and it deletes your account immediately, with no action needed from us:

  1. Open the Noor AI app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Permanently delete account”.
  4. Tap “Continue deletion” on the confirmation prompt.
  5. Enter your account password to prove it is you, then confirm.

The server verifies the password, deletes the account and its data, and revokes every sign-in token — so the app signs you out on all your devices. This happens right away, not within 30 days.

Why we ask for your password

It is the only thing that proves the request comes from the account owner, and not from someone holding your unlocked phone for a moment. If you have forgotten it, reset it from the sign-in screen first, or use Option 2 below.

02 Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the app — you removed it, lost the device, or cannot sign in — send us a request instead:

We will never ask you to email us your password, and no member of our team will ever request it.

03 Delete specific data without deleting your account

You do not have to close your account to get rid of particular data. You can delete any of the following yourself, immediately, from the app or the website:

a. Delete a single conversation

  1. Open the Conversations tab.
  2. Choose “Delete” on the conversation you want gone.
  3. Confirm on the “Delete conversation” prompt.

The conversation and every message in it — what you wrote and what Noor replied — are removed from the database straight away. You can export a conversation to PDF first if you want to keep a copy. Conversations can also be deleted from the website dashboard.

b. Delete a lecture

  1. Open the Lectures tab.
  2. Choose “Delete” on the lecture.
  3. Confirm on the “Delete lecture” prompt.

The audio recording is removed from storage, along with that lecture’s questions, segments and generated study materials.

c. Delete what Noor remembers about you

From Account → Noor’s memory in the app, or the Noor memory page in the website dashboard:

  • Delete one fact — tap “Delete” next to it.
  • Erase everything — “Forget everything about me”, which also clears what Noor inferred automatically.
  • Stop it being saved at all — switch off “Save facts I state about myself” and “Adapt automatically to how I use Noor”, and nothing new is stored.
  • Or just ask in a chat — tell Noor “forget my name” or “forget everything” and it is carried out immediately.

Memory is shared between the app and the website, so clearing it in one clears it in both.

What remains after deleting a single conversation

Deleting one conversation removes it and its messages, but it does not erase every derived trace:

  • The internal summary of that conversation is kept, and is only erased by full account deletion. If you want it gone now, delete your account or contact support.
  • Usage and billing records remain as described in section 05.
  • Backups may hold a copy for up to 90 days.

To remove everything at once with no exceptions, use account deletion in section 01.

04 Exactly what gets deleted with your account

When deletion runs, the following is permanently erased from our systems:

  • The user account itself — name, email, password and permissions.
  • All conversations and their messages, both what you sent and what Noor replied.
  • Lectures and their audio files, along with their questions, segments and generated materials.
  • Generated images and any PDFs you created through the service.
  • Conversation summaries and Noor’s memory — anything the system remembered about you across chats.
  • Usage and quota records tied to your account.
  • The profile photo you uploaded from the app.
  • Every access token — all sessions on all your devices are revoked immediately.
  • Purchase records holding your email address in our payment-gateway tables.

05 What may remain after account deletion, and why

We say this plainly rather than hiding it: not every digital trace disappears in the same instant, and some of it stays because the law requires us to keep it.

Billing and invoice recordsKept after deletion for the period required by accounting and tax law. They remain as financial entries, not as an account anyone can sign in to.
SubscriptionCancelled at deletion and never renewed; its record stays within the financial records above.
BackupsA copy may persist in archives for up to 90 days before it is rotated out. Used only for disaster recovery.
Technical logsTypically up to 12 months for security and fault analysis.
Anonymised dataAggregate figures that are not linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.

06 Before you delete: cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription

If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, that subscription is managed by the store, not by us. Turn off renewal in your store settings before deleting your account, or billing may continue even though the account is gone.

Also note: deleting your account is not itself a refund request — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. And if you want a copy of your conversations, save it before you delete; we cannot export it afterwards.

07 Frequently asked

Can I recover my account after deleting it?

No. Deletion is permanent. If you come back you will be creating a fresh, empty account — with the same email address or a new one.

Can I delete just one conversation instead of the whole account?

Yes — see section 03. Your account and other conversations are untouched.

Can I stop Noor saving anything about me, without deleting my account?

Yes. Turn off both memory switches in Account → Noor’s memory, and clear what is already stored with “Forget everything about me”. See section 03.

What if I forgot my password?

Reset it from the sign-in screen, or email us a deletion request as described in Option 2.

Does uninstalling the app delete my account?

No. Removing the app from your phone does not touch the account on our servers — use one of the two options above.
